Vendor Registration

Deadline for table reservation: July 16, 2012
(no refunds for cancellation will be given after this date.)


Cost: $85.00 per table – includes:

  • One 2’ X 5’ foot table with two chairs. Electricity available (please make sure to indicate need when registering.)
  • One lunch. Additional lunch(es) can be purchased for $15 each.

Please note: rental fee does not include conference registration.  If you or someone in your organization would like to attend the conference, please register by clicking here.  

Set-up can begin at 7:30 a.m. Please make sure to check-in at the registration table to receive set-up assistance. Table location will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis according to when form is submitted.
