Project Coordinator

 

Phoenix MaPhoenix graduated from University of North Texas in May 2012 with a doctorate degree in early childhood education. Her dissertation research has focused on autism diagnosis and parent-child relationship. Phoenix has been selected to present her research at several conferences, including National Association for the Education of Young Children Conference (NAEYC), Association for Children Education International Conference (ACEI), and International Conference of Cultural and Social Aspects of Research (ICCSAR). She was nominated and recognized as an Outstanding International Graduate Student by the Toulouse Graduate School during her study at UNT. She previously worked as a teaching assistant in the Department of Teacher Education and an assistant teacher at Child Development Lab at UNT. Phoenix also holds a kindergarten teaching certificate in Taiwan. She is currently working as the Project Coordinator for the Autism Center.
